Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions below apply to all events booked through
Crocodile Events.
Explanation of Terms.
In these terms and conditions “we” and “us”
means Crocodile Events Limited, 17 Church Street,
Bingham, Nottingham, NG13 8AL. Co Registration No. 4601681.
“You” means the event organiser who
has signed the Crocodile Events booking form. You must be aware
that on signing the booking form you are signing on behalf of every
member of the group. If the booking form is signed on behalf of
a limited company ”you” means that
company.
“Event” means all aspects of a holiday
booking with Crocodile Events be it an active, social or relaxation.
Those booking by telephone accept Crocodile Events Terms & Conditions,
without having signed the booking form.
Booking and Payment Terms
A deposit of 20% of the total booking cost along with a signed booking
form is required to confirm your booking.
The balance is payable no later than 30 days before the event.
A £1 booking fee per person is applicable to all bookings
in addition to the event costs quoted.
Crocodile Events Code of Conduct
You must conduct yourself in a courteous and polite manner at all
times.
Due to the nature of many events organised by Crocodile Events
it is essential that the following rules apply;
You must listen and obey instructions given by any of our staff
or contractors, they are there to make sure you have a safe and
enjoyable time.
You must dress in the correct clothing and use all safety equipment
as instructed.
You agree to compensate us or our contractors for any costs incurred
due to improper behaviour during your holiday.
You must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your
participation in the event.
Under no circumstances will you be allowed to participate in an
activity if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Crocodile Events reserve the right to terminate the whole holiday
or any individual activity if, in our opinion the behaviour of the
group or an individual is threatening the safety or enjoyment of
any other persons. The group or individuals involved will not be
entitled to any refund in such circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
By You
In order to provide the very best service to all of our clients
the following cancellation policy is in place.
We must be notified in writing of any cancellations immediately
by the event organiser.
On receipt of your written cancellation the following charges will
apply:
- More than 30 days before the event 20% of
the total cost.
- 30-15 days before the event 50% of the
total cost.
- Less than 15 days before the event 100% of
the total cost.
- For individual cancellations the above policy applies pro rata.
However, we reserve the right to cancel the event if the change
in the group size makes it impractical or uneconomical for you
or us.
By Us
We reserve the right to cancel any part of your event if for any
reason your safety is threatened, including adverse weather conditions.
If this occurs we will make every effort to reschedule the event
to another date. However, we are not obliged to give any refunds
in cases of adverse weather conditions.
Refunds will not apply in the following circumstances; war or threat
of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, industrial disputes, natural
or nuclear disaster, fire, technical problems or any other occurrence
beyond our control.
Unless we cancel because of the above circumstances we will refund
all payments made by you to us and will have no further liability
to you.
Liability
All of our events carry an element of risk and we strongly advise
that you take out personal accident cover. Please ask us and we
will advise you how to obtain this. If you choose not to take such
cover we assume you are happy to take the risk of being uninsured.
Crocodile Events will accept liability for the negligence of our
staff causing you injury or death only to the extent that is obliged
under English Law.
Crocodile Events shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss
or damage caused by other participants, nor will it be liable for
any uninsured losses of your property, nor for any illness, injury
or death sustained during an event or your holiday.
